The Academy Endurance Fund was launched to address the growing financial setbacks and instabilities emerging from the COVID-19 pandemic. Designed to care for our Charger families and keep our community together in the 2020-21 school year, this effort will help ensure full classes and maintain our robust programming, so the Academy may continue to deliver its mission online and when we return to campus.
We have received more than 210 donations to the Endurance Fund from across our community. Leadership giving from trustees, and from individuals initially intended to encourage giving on Chargers Giving Back Day, have been redirected to the Endurance Fund, giving it a boost to more than $82,000. With an articulated need of already more than $125,000 already, this relief effort is still going strong.
Every member of the Albuquerque Academy community is encouraged to participate at some level to show support for the Academy and, especially, one another.
Feel free to contact Interim Director of Development Dawn Lorenz at any time with your questions by email or phone at (505) 828-3203.
