Arjun Grandhe ’27 was ranked #1 at the state MathCounts competition, dominating in the countdown round and finishing first in the final round. He earned a spot on the New Mexico team that will participate in nationals in Orlando in May.
Arjun and sixth-graders Mark Goldman, Susheer Paladugu, and Keith Lee took second as a team. After the sprint, target, and team rounds had been completed, the top 12 students, including Susheer, Mark, and Arjun, were selected to participate in the countdown round.
