  • You may register up to four children specified on your ticket. They do not need to be related to you.
  •  You can register for a friend. If one family will be registering another family’s children, create ONE account. List a parent or guardian of one family as the primary account holder and the other as the alternate.
  • A student may be listed on ONE ticket account only. You CANNOT set up multiple accounts and use the lowest lottery number received. IMPORTANT! If a student’s name appears on more than one ticket account, the highest numbered ticket may be considered valid OR your ticket number may be reassigned. THIS POLICY WILL BE STRICTLY ENFORCED.
  • You may change any ticket account information (e.g., names of children, alternate information, security code word, etc.) BEFORE February 26 @ 11:30 p.m. MST. Changes CANNOT be made AFTER February 26 @ 11:30 p.m. MST.
  • Tickets will be issued on a lottery basis and emailed by Thursday, March 2.
  • If you miss the lottery, you can still register on Super Saturday!
    Report @ 12:30 p.m. on March 4 to obtain your ticket.
  •  In order to register, you (or your alternate) must:
    • Present a valid printed Registration Ticket (hardcopy)
    • Know the Security Code Word
    • Be prepared to show I.D.
    • Present a completed 2017 Registration Form (with all necessary signatures and information)
    • Provide a payment in full (cash, checks, debit/credit cards: VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express)
  • Plan to arrive on campus at least 15 minutes before your report time (early enough to park and walk to the south entrance of the Natatorium).
  • You may park in any of the lots adjacent to Parking Lot #6, including the dirt overflow lot along the Wyoming fence. Park in designated areas only. If you block entrances, exits, or other vehicles your car will be towed.
  • There will be signs and Think Academy personnel to assist with the line-up process.
  • Access to the gym floor is limited to the primary registrant and one other adult (e.g., your spouse/partner OR designated alternates) and child(ren). ONLY the primary registrant or the alternate listed on the ticket will be permitted to complete the registration process.
  • To validate your registration, you MUST turn in your ticket with your registration form(s).
  • Course availability grids are posted inside the Natatorium. Think Academy staff will update these grids throughout the morning so you can adjust your course choices if necessary. Course sections highlighted in yellow are closed.
  • Ask on-site Think Academy personnel for help at any time during the registration process. Once you’re inside the gym, you may visit the Help Desk for assistance with course substitutions or scheduling. If you have questions that are not on this form, contact the Think Academy Office at 858-8811 or summer@aa.edu. You should receive a response within 2 business days.
  • If you can’t register on March 4, you may have someone register on your behalf OR you may register in the Think Academy Office between March 21 and May 22.
