Details will be provided this summer.
The curriculum guide contains descriptions of all of the courses offered at Albuquerque Academy. Click here to read course descriptions and to help you gather more information before selecting electives.
David Kim, the 10-12 Division head, meets with each new student to the division to discuss courses for next year and introduce them to the division. He will be in touch to schedule these meetings.
Students in grades 8-12 are expected to have a laptop to be used at school. In our 1:1 (pronounced one-to-one) program, you may choose the laptop that best suits your needs, regardless of platform (PC or Mac). If you don’t yet own a laptop, your family has the option to purchase one from the Academy or a retailer of your choice. Watch for details in your email.
ID pictures and ID cards are processed in the Copy/Mail Center, located just north of the East Gymnasium. (View the campus map.) The entrance door is from the North Parking Lot (P1). To reduce congestion and lines at the beginning of school, the Copy/Mail Center offers special summer hours: Monday-Friday 8 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
The last day for withdrawing your child’s 2022-23 enrollment contract without incurring a penalty beyond the $1,000 non-refundable enrollment deposit is May 1, 2022. If your family’s plans have changed and your child will not attend the Academy in the fall, please notify the Office of Admission and Enrollment Management by May 1.
