Request Transcripts
Transcripts that need to be submitted for college applications are requested through Naviance Student.
Official transcripts that need to be submitted for a scholarship, summer internship, or other programs must be requested using the Current Students Transcript Request Form.
Here’s how:
- Download the Current Student Transcript Request Form (PDF).
- Complete the form and save it as a PDF.
- Email the Registrar and include the completed PDF as an attachment.
The form can also be picked up at the College Guidance Office during school hours. Please request your official transcript at least 10 school days before the scholarship or program due date.
Unofficial transcripts can be obtained by current students from their college adviser or from Ms. Thordahl in the College Guidance office during school hours. Unofficial transcripts can also be sent to a student’s email address.
Transcripts for students who withdraw from Albuquerque Academy to attend another middle or high school will be sent to the new school once all holds are released.
Albuquerque Academy has implemented a new transcript request process that is completed online. Transcript requests can no longer be made by phone. You may still request a transcript in person by going to the College Guidance Office during school hours and speaking with Mauree Thordahl.
Both Official and Unofficial Transcripts are requested by submitting/emailing the Alumni Transcript Request Form to the Registrar. You will receive a notification email once the requested transcript(s) is sent.
Here’s how:
- Download the Alumni Transcript Request Form (PDF).
- Complete the form and save it as a PDF.
- Email the Registrar and include the completed PDF as an attachment.
