Seventh grader Huy Tran ’18 remained cool, calm, and collected as he advanced through the preliminary round of the National Geography Bee on Monday, May 20, 2013 at the Washington Plaza Hotel in D.C. Huy correctly answered over half of the nine questions, but did not qualify for the final round of competition.
