Seniors Sydd Urgola and Noah Weig-Pickering make their mark in guitar.
Sydd Urgola ’14 was interviewed by Fretbuzz, an online magazine by and for young guitarists, about his audition in December and subsequent award of a coveted performance spot at the Guitar Foundation of American Regional Symposium in New Mexico. Sydd competed against some of the finest talent in the Southwest to win this honor. Sydd and classmate Noah Weig-Pickering ’14 have both been awarded in-person auditions in January at the USC Thornton School of Music — an extremely competitive audtion process. Congratulations to both Sydd and Noah!
