After competing and winning All-Around in the NM Optional State Meet in March, Kitty Foos ’15 competed in the USA Gymnastics Regional Championships for Region 3 (Arkansas, Colorado, Kansas, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Texas, and Wyoming), winning the All-Around championship in the Senior age division. She received her highest score for her performance on the balance beam. Over 200 athletes competed at the regional championship on April 12-13, 2014, with the top 12 athletes from each division (4 junior and 4 senior) qualifying for nationals.
Kitty will now compete in the Western National Championships for her level on May 3-4 in Boise, ID. She competes for Gold Cup Gymnastics coached by Ed Burch.
