
With top finishes in seven individual competitions, the Albuquerque Academy middle school science Olympiad team took first place at the state competition in March, qualifying for nationals in May. The high school team finished second at state.
The middle schoolers earned gold medals in these virtual competitions, as well as five silvers and two bronze:

High School Team Takes Second
The Academy high school team finished their Science Olympiad season with a second-place finish at state, placing in the top five for all but two of the 19 test events, including three gold medals and five silvers.
